Nessie Joma 2.0 how to open, alter or search Service Reports

Nessie Joma 2.0 has an integrated service report application, where staff members can easily write their service reports.

As soon as the report has been saved, an automatically generated email will be sent to the customer for approval.

Has the customer approved the service report, another automatic email will be sent to your office.

How to enter new service reports in Nessie Joma 2.0:

click on "new" from the Service Reports navigation

choose the customer from the drop down selection

select job

select plant name, select "other" if not available, enter new plant name

select date

enter location

select start time, end time, pause,

hours are calculated automatically for normal and overtime (editable)

select mobilisation

enter traveled kilometers

enter service report

next selection is job status

select service report status

selectable are: add hours later, complete or send email

if send email selected, a new select appears with email addresses

choose email, service report will be send to selected for approval on

"save Service Report"

How to alter an existing service report:

choose "List all" from the service reports menu

click on the service report number you want to edit

all entered data can be altered

than click "save Service Report" again

How to search for service reports

click "Search" from the service reports menu

you can enter the service report number,

select plant / installation name,

enter description / report

or select customer
